To register for the P.R.E.P. Program for the 2010-2011 School Year, please complete the registration form listed below and return to the Parish Rectory, 148 Church Street, Phoenixville, PA  19460  Forms are also available for pickup at the Parish Rectors.  Please note the following tuition adjustments:

One child - $100.00

Two children - $130.00

Three or more children - $150.00
